Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional Second Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Business Management;
- With strong background in business management and investments; and
- With Industry experience and vast/reliable network.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical evaluation and assess project proposal with emphasis on technical viability, marketing and economic viability of the project/technology considered for assistance;
- Undertake gathering, compilation, analysis, integration, and preparation of relevant data for projects/technologies submitted for funding assistance;
- Assist the Chief Science Research Specialist, Supervising Science Research Specialist, and other Senior Science Research Specialist in the conduct of the review and evaluation of the Technology Transfer Programs;
- Manage one or two IBOD programs of assistance;
- Conceptualize, develop or create program/s or service/s or innovative existing program to support implementation of IBOD’s programs;
- Collaborate with other technical divisions in the development and commercialization of identified technologies;
- Coordinate with various government and private agencies on the commercialization of identified technologies;
- Attend meetings, conference, seminars, and workshops in relation to duties and responsibilities of the Technology Transfer Programs; and
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
