One (1) Project Technical Assistant IV

Status of Appointment: Contract of Service

Monthly Salary: Php 41,305.00 / month

Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal

Education:       Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience:     None required

Training:          None required

Eligibility:         None required

 

Preferred Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or any related field;
  2. One (1) year of relevant experience;
  3. Four (4) hours of relevant training;
  4. Preferably with relevant experience in project evaluation and management;
  5. Must have strong analytical skills;
  6. Proficient in oral and written communication;
  7. Able to communicate technical information to all client levels
  8. Team-player and has a positive working attitude; and
  9. Knowledgeable in the preparation of business proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the implementation of different Programs under the Investment and Business Operations Division (IBOD);
  2. Undertakes preliminary evaluation and assesses project proposals with emphasis on technical viability, marketing, and economic viability of the project/technology considered for assistance;
  3. Undertakes gathering, compilation, analysis, integration, and preparation of relevant data for projects/technologies submitted for funding assistance;
  4. Assist the Senior SRS in the conduct of the review and evaluation of the project proposals under the Venture Financing Program;
  5. Collaborates with other technical divisions relative to the commercialization assistance for the concerned technology/ies;
  6. Coordinates with various government and private agencies on activities leading to the commercialization of technologies;
  7. Attends meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops in relation to duties and responsibilities of the IBOD and its various programs; and
  8. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
