Minimum Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of a Science-Related Course or Engineering Course.
- With skills and experience in graphic design, creative writing, or videography and editing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior SRS in the review and evaluation of incoming project proposals, including its shortlisting and endorsement to technical divisions;
- Propose, develop and implement assigned communication and marketing campaigns, particularly for programs and technologies participating in international events;
- Act as resource speaker to represent the Unit and the Institute in different events, workshops, and dialogues which would require in-depth presentation of DOST-TAPI’s programs, services and impacts;
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, required by the management, including assistance in the crafting and implementation of in-house studies for possible publication;
- Assist in the preliminary scanning of market of technologies for inclusion in campaign portfolio, including coordination with inventors, researchers and scientists;
- Assist in the preparation of creative/marketing deck of various campaigns.
- Assist in social media strategies, particularly in terms of content creation to amplify campaign awareness and reach.
- Support the Technology Information and Promotion Division (TIPD) in the conduct of local events by participating in adhoc committees;
- Assist in projects such as but not limited to: finalization of business plans for PCAARRD’s Business Plan Development Project, liquidation and post-completion monitoring of 60-completed projects under the Technology Innovation for Commercialization (TECHNiCOM) Program; and
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
